What happened

Ajinomoto Foods North America is recalling about 3.37 million pounds of frozen chicken fried rice products because they may contain small pieces of glass. This includes Ajinomoto Yakitori Chicken with Japanese-Style Fried Rice (exported to Canada) and Trader Joe's Chicken Fried Rice sold at Trader Joe's stores nationwide. The recall started after the company received four consumer complaints about glass in the product. No injuries have been confirmed.
