Ghanaianway Restaurant and Grocery LLC is recalling about 5,970 pounds of fresh salted lamb (Koobi), sold in 15-lb boxes, because it was made without USDA inspection. The boxes don't have a USDA inspection mark, and some have no label or dates at all. The lamb was made between March 11, 2025 and December 3, 2025, and shipped to restaurants and stores in seven states. No illnesses have been reported.
