What happened
Hormel Foods is recalling about 4.87 million pounds of ready-to-eat frozen chicken breast and thigh products because they may contain small pieces of metal from a conveyor belt used during production. These products were sent to restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice locations nationwide between February 10, 2025 and September 19, 2025. No injuries have been confirmed so far.
