What happened
M.C.I. Foods is recalling about 91,585 pounds of frozen ready-to-eat breakfast burritos and wraps that contain egg. The scrambled egg ingredient tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes. The products were made between September 17 and October 14, 2025, and shipped to foodservice institutions nationwide, including some schools through commercial (non-USDA lunch program) sales. No illnesses have been reported so far.
